It was a pleasure to join The MegaCentre Rayleigh yesterday for their celebrations to mark their 30th anniversary serving our community.
The Mega Centre at Rayleigh Weir houses a wonderful soft play area and café, a brilliant baby sensory room and a huge laser tag arena. All of these are open to the public and can be booked for parties.
They operate as a charity and every penny of the profit they raise from those facilities goes towards their work supporting local families and young people.
They have supported thousands of Castle Point residents over the last thirty years, so I am really pleased they are looking to set up a community hub in the Borough in the coming years.
You can find out more about the support they offer to local families and young people via their website. If you are looking for a fun and great value family activity to do today, you can also book in for a laser tag or soft play session online, knowing you will also be supporting a great local charity.
A huge well done to all the staff and trustees at the Mega Centre on their anniversary and thank you for all your work supporting our community.
