"I have just come back from visiting the above area. I can confirm that it has been reported to the correct council departments who are looking into the ownership of the land. We have heard back from Council Officers who have advised that there may be Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s) within this area and so tree’s should not be cut. I have also been advised that there is a badger set within the site, which can not be disturbed. The Police have now attended.

We take the disruption of any Greenbelt seriously and have hopefully acted swiftly".
