The long awaited final phase of Balfour Beatty's remedial works on Sadlers Farm are due to begin tonight and last until late March. The Balfour Beatty website does not make it clear what traffic restrictions are due to be put in place and when, so I have got further information from Balfour Beatty on behalf of residents today.

TONIGHT: A130/A13 underpass closed from 10:00PM - 6:00AM

TODAY UNTIL 30th MARCH: A130/A13 underpass restricted to one lane each direction. NO LANE RESTRICTIONS ON SADLERS FARM ROUNDABOUT

EARLY FEBRUARY: Closure for one night of the Sadlers Farm Bridge (A13 Southend bound to the junction) and Sadlers Hall Bridge (A130 from Sadlers going towards the Rayleigh Spur roundabout) with diversions in place 10:00PM - 6:00AM.

This final phase of works has been a long time coming and when I met with the Managing Director of Balfour Beatty in November I underlined how any further delays to the final completion of the works would be unacceptable. There have been years of delays on the works at this junction and we cannot have any more!
