Good Evening all, following our meeting with Essex Highways earlier this week, I want to share with you websites that may be of interest. We as councillors note the frustration of both Potholes and Roadworks. There has been a lot of debate recently on social media surrounding the state of our roads and notably potholes. We held an informative meeting this week with Essex Highways and shared our views and frustration, which we felt represent our residents.

Please be assured that we as Councillors are reporting road defects and working with the relevant people and authorities including our County Councillors, who have taken an active role in promoting getting potholes fixed.

Please be advised that Highways perception of a pothole may not be in line with our own thoughts.
