“I have spoken to Essex Highways and in the morning they will be asking UKPN to move their large LED sign to give more visibility at the junction of Clifton Avenue and the High Road.

The works detailed by the sign are the ones UKPN are (finally) doing to replace several leaning telegraph poles along the High Road.”
