On Monday afternoon I paid a visit to the Hadleigh Temple Salvation Army Silver Service Club.

The Silver Service Club is a social club for those over 55 that meets at 2:00PM on Mondays at Hadleigh Salvation Army on Hadleigh High Street. They host guest speakers and performances, brilliantly arranged and compared by Robin and Jean Bryant.

On Monday members were also treated to a performance by the wonderful Southend Harmony Singers.

The club has been running since 1976 and has over 160 members!
