Castle Point Council are receiving £1,000,000 from the Conservative Government’s flagship Shared Prosperity Fund.

The Shared Prosperity Fund was set up as part of the Government’s levelling up. It allows local councils freedom over what projects they want to create or support to level up their areas.
Tonight Castle Point Council will also be choosing how they are going to spend their £140,000 Public Realm and Play Spaces Fund grant from the Government to improve our local parks.
